Pharmacy Technician - Naas, Co. Kildare
Naas, Co. KildareClarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy in Naas, Co. Kildare.
What you need to know:
This is a permanent role full-time role (Part-time option is also available!). It's a mix of early and late shifts and every other weekend off. There is an excellent support team of 1 Superintendent pharmacist, 2 Support Pharmacist and 3+ technicians to help cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the dispensary
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
- Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
- Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Strong customer service skills
What we require:
- Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in an Irish retail pharmacy.
- Experience with MPS.
- Experience with monthly claim
