Clarity is recruiting a Business Relationship Manager for a pharmaceutical company in Clondalkin!

Description of Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients and partners
  • Support procurement and inventory management feedback
  • Drive sales for Navi products/services (Axium, Franchise, DispenSense, TillSense, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales for tailored strategies
  • Improve commercial terms with partners where possible
  • Manage contracts and legal documentation
  • Communicate customer needs across teams and ensure follow-up
  • Report on pricing, volume trends, and market insights
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through process reviews
  • Align internal goals with company KPIs
  • Lead continuous improvement in sales and operations
  • Execute strategic plans in line with company objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar
  • Background in healthcare/pharma essential; retail/service is a plus
  • Strong pharmacy sector relationships
  • Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent organization and conflict resolution skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Field and office-based as required
