Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a busy community pharmacy in Bandon, Co. Cork.

What you need to know:
This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. It is a full-time position spread over 5 days per week, with approximately two Saturdays per month on rotation. Open to consider part-time! No late nights, Sundays, or Bank Holidays required. You'll be supported by an excellent team, helping to manage a steady and friendly customer flow. The dispensing system used is Touchstore, and there's an attractive package on offer!

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients 
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.

• 2–3 years working is a Pharmacy Technician in Ireland is desirable.
• Touchstore experience preferred but not essential.
• Higher certificate in Irish Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
