Clarity Locums is currently recruiting RGNs, RMs, and Dual Qualified Nurses to join the Community Nursing Team with the HSE across multiple locations in North Dublin.

Role Overview

• Based in a Primary Care Centre
• Care delivered both in clinic and in patients’ homes
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• No weekends | No late nights
• Working week negotiable for the right candidate
• HSE rates aligned with increments (qualification allowances considered)
• Mileage claimable for work-related travel
• Nurse-led service offering strong clinical autonomy

This role is an ideal stepping stone into Public Health Nursing and provides valuable experience for those considering progression to CNS roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Wound care management (clinic and domiciliary)
• Diabetes management
• Incontinence assessment and management
• Post-discharge and GP referral assessments
• Care of the chronically ill and disabled
• Oncology support and end-of-life care
• Assessment for home support services

Requirements

• NMBI registration in good standing (Decision Letters not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year post-registration acute experience
• Community experience desirable but not essential
• Full driving licence and access to a car preferred (candidates living locally without driving may be considered)
• Onsite training and orientation provided
