Practice Nurse - Kildare
Celbridge, KildareClarity are currently recrutiing for a Practice Nurse based in Kildare for a permanent part time opportunity
About the role
As Practice Nurse you will work closely with the doctors and other team members to provide safe, efficient and effective professional nursing services. With this will come the opportunity to innovate and improve standards, processes and quality of patient care.
The role therefore requires good organisational and interpersonal skills that provides an approachable, sensitive and supportive environment for patients.
A critical part of the role will be supporting health promotion and screening and in particular the delivery of the Chronic Disease Management programme within the practice.

- Seeking 2/3 days a week but open to more
- No late nights or weekends
- Experience in phlebotomy, childhood vaccinations, cervical checks and CDM programs an advantage
