Role Overview

• Based in a Louth Primary Care Centre with care delivered both in clinic and in patients’ homes
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm- No weekends - No late nights
• Working week negotiable for the right candidate
• Nurse-led service offering strong clinical autonomy

Key Responsibilities

• Wound care management (clinic and domiciliary), ideal but not essential
• Diabetes management
• Incontinence assessment and management
• Post-discharge and GP referral assessments

Requirements

• NMBI registration in good standing (Decision Letters not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year post-registration acute experience
• Community experience desirable but not essential
• Full driving licence and access to a car preferred (candidates living locally without driving may be considered)
• Onsite training and orientation provided
