The ideal candidate must be/have:
- Possess a recognised General Nursing Qualification.
- Registration with or be registered with NMBI
- Relevant post registration course specific to the Emergency nursing.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in acute Emergency care environment within the past 7 – 10 years.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior level.
- Have some management experience.
- Evidence of implementing change and practice development in emergency care.
