Pharmacy Technician - Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy based in Thurles, Co. Tipperary!

What you need to know:
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 4 or 5 days a week. 1–2 Saturdays per month are required on a rotational basis, with no Sundays, Bank Holidays, or late nights offering an excellent work-life balance. You'll join an excellent and very friendly support team, using the MPS dispensing system. Start date is ASAP, but the pharmacy is happy to wait for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing and preparation of prescriptions in line with PSI standards.
• Managing stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.Providing customer support
• and responding to queries at the counter.
• Assisting with pharmacy services and day-to-day operations.

What we require:

• Previous dispensary experience is essential.
• Irish Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies or IPU Pharmacy Technician course.

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
