Clinical Nurse Specialist - Respiratory

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, self-motivated person to fill this dynamic role in the Hospital.

 

Requirements:

 

·        Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI (essential)

·        Have 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting (essential)

·        Have 2 years experience in the specialist of respiratory (essential)

·        Have a relevant Higher Diploma or equivalent

·        Have 1 years management experience

·        Have proven clinical and professional ability

• Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Have organisational skills which provide structure and continuity of patient care
• The ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities and forward plan for service developments.
• Have evidence of commitment to professional development

·        Be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
