Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing (Required)
- Active RGN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Eligible to work in Ireland
Requirements for Agency Nurses
- Positive, professional attitude
- Recent hospital experience
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
- Participate as an active, collaborative member of the care team
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, including up-to-date compliance documents
- Follow policies, protocols, and guidelines of each healthcare facility
