Clarity Recruitment is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join a pharmacy based in Co. Cork (approx. 20 minutes from Cork City Centre)

What you need to know: 
This is a permanent role offering a great work-life balance, working 3 days per week on a rotating schedule (Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday). No Bank Holidays required! You'll be backed by a brilliant support team, including 2 experienced technicians, helping you cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the software used.

What we’re looking for:  

• Assisting the pharmacist with preparing, labelling and dispensing prescriptions
• Managing prescription queries, phone calls and customer requests
• Ordering and managing stock, including storage and expiry checks
• Advising customers on over-the-counter products, under pharmacist supervision
• Assisting with claims processing and related paperwork
• Any other duties as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Strong time management 
• A genuine focus on customer service

• Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is favourable.
• A Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies.
