Duties

● Perform remote initial assessment of patients admitted to the remote monitoring unit using

digital health platforms, telehealth protocols, and contactless vital signs monitoring

● Identify suitable care plans from the platform and modify them for individual patient needs

● Monitor patients’ conditions via contactless vital signs App and video consultations with the patients

● Escalate changes in the patient condition in a timely manner

● Accurate documentation

● Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of patients

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing and

● Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland

● Min 6 months Post Registration experience in an ED setting

● Familiarity with digital tools for documentation, remote monitoring, or video triage

● Eligible to work in Ireland

● Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
